Our collaboration

Our collaboration is shaped by the number of channels you want to manage, the posting frequency, and the amount of content you’d like published.

I offer general package pricing, but during our discovery call we’ll review your specific needs so I can tailor the package to suit you.

Any additional services — such as extra filming or custom requests — can also be discussed during the consultation to ensure the package is fully aligned with your goals.

Discovery stages

  • Discovery Meeting

    week 1

    A 30-minutes phone conversation for me to understand what you are looking for, and what your goals are.

  • Consultancy Chat

    week 2

    A longer Zoom call where I’ll present how we’ll work together, the direction I can take your brand, and my plans moving forward. I’ll also walk you through the available packages and share a tailored version designed specifically for you.

    If you’re happy with everything, we’ll move ahead with an agreement and begin the collaboration.

Initial stages

  • Strategy development

    week 3

    An in-depth analysis of your channels — understanding your audience, who they are, what they’re looking for, what type of content will resonate, and developing tailored content ideas.

    Also in-depth research, where I analyse your competitors, and identify key trends and insights relevant to your niche.

  • Content Planning

    week 3

    I’ll prepare content ideas and an initial content calendar we will follow.

  • Confirmation

    week 4

    A 2 hour Zoom call to confirm your brand foundations (tone of voice, colours, and overall aesthetic). If you already have these in place, this step will be quick. We’ll also review the types of content you’d like to create and identify what you feel most confident and happy with.

    During this stage, we’ll also finalise content ideas, refine interview scripts and post content, and create an initial content calendar to guide our filming.

The creative stage

    week 5

    Quick phone call to confirm filming date and plan.

  • Filming

    week 5

    Full day of filming to content batch.

  • Editing Stage

    week 5-6

    After filming, I’ll spend a week editing all the content.

Approval stages

  • First draft

    week 7

    I will send you the final content calendar along with the first draft of videos and posts for you to review.

    Depending on the service and your needs, these drafts may be quite rough at this stage — the goal is simply to confirm that you’re happy with the direction and creative choices before moving forward.

  • FInal Draft

    week 8

    At this stage, I’ll deliver the fully edited, captioned, and colour-graded posts and videos. Everything will be polished and ready for your approval before going live.

    week 9

    I will schedule and post all your content on the agreed channels.

  • Social Media Management

    week 10-14/15

    I will review, monitor and engage with your audience.

    I will also post stories- depending on what we agreed on.

  • Analysis & moving forward

    week 15

    I will provide you with a report analysing your channels — highlighting what worked and what didn’t. I’ll also share fresh content ideas for moving forward, and we can schedule the next filming date.
